Corden's Storyline - The Reunited

Operative Nyx Reporting

Yes, I'm back! Nij'uan (@KiffarNijuan) kept my body safe while I healed.  It appeared that as the explosive device blew up inside of the Force Bubble I had created around it and myself, I transmitted my consciousness back to the Force.  In doing so, I was able to reconnect to the Force as the Force Bubble restricted to a singularity, taking with it the radioactive residue and preventing a nuclear disaster.  The Force sent my consciousness back home, as I do remember seeing flashbacks of my life in the moment that the explosion, and it was then I saw the home of Nij'uan where I studied for years as his apprentice (the Kiffar homeworld of Kiffu).  And that is where my consciousness was sent.  Using the elements of the world around me, I reconstructed a body.  Nij'uan found me in the waterfall beside his house and took me in.  Being a healer, he healed me as my body reconstructed itself.

While under Nij'uan's care, I sent a psychic blast through the Force and inevitably called my cyar'ika (Mandalorian for "sweetheart"), who found me.  We reconnected briefly and he took me back home where I continued the healing process.

Background:
A terrorist/assassination organization (Sable Dawn) stationed out of Point Nadir, headed by Force Adepts, are seeking to destroy Cymmeron, a city located on Bactos II.  The ruling family on Cymmeron went bad on a debt to the Sable Dawn, thus the negative vibes between the two.  Maintaining good relations with their rival, the Epsis (a technologically-based terrorist organization stationed on Point Nadir) Sable Dawn was able to construct a nuclear fusion device.  This device was one of the few that was easily transportable and thus, could be hidden and transported without being detected by the Imperial scanners at the various trade routes/docks.
Act 1
Mon Mothma receives a report that a nuclear fusion device was being constructed on Point Nadir by the Epsis technocrat, Liash Keane.  Mon Mothma contacts Nyx to look into it. Nyx exits retirement and tells Corden Maximus she has to go on this mission.  Nyx argues with Corden to go alone, but he refuses to let her go on her own.  Reluctantly, she takes him along with her to Point Nadir and they infiltrate the compound of the Epsis.  While there, she accesses the console system and discovers that the nuclear bomb has already been transported to Cymmeron on Bactos II.  It is then that the security personnel find them in the lab and Corden takes them out.  They quickly leave and head towards Cymmeron.
Act 2
Nyx and Corden talk in the cockpit about the power of this nuclear device.  She explains how she can’t let the billions of innocent lives on Bactos II die.  Corden argues with her that she shouldn’t interfere in the affairs of others, and protect her own life.  He argues that she is potentially sacrificing her life for nothing, when these events happen all over the Galaxy.  That she can’t save everyone.  She argues that it is her duty and she won’t back down.  Reluctantly, he vows to protect her.
Act 3
Arriving on Cymmeron, she locates the bomb in the city’s aquaduct system, which the fallout would poison the city’s water supply for any survivors.  It is directly beneath the Palace and rigged to detonate within a matter of minutes.  It is bolted into the floor and she is unable to release it.  Virec Xan has a hologram appear from the bomb in which he tries to talk to her to say it is futile and to not involve her in the affairs of others.  She argues she won’t let it happen, that billions of lives in the city were in danger and that she won’t let them die.  Corden tries to argue as well.  She pleads with Virec to stop the countdown, but Virec refuses saying she and her friend will die.  Hologram disappears.  Within no recourse, Nyx says good-bye to Corden and surrounds herself in a Force Bubble  sealing herself with the device.  The device explodes and both she and it disappear immediately.  Corden realizes that was not normal that she disappeared and there is no radioactive material left behind.

Corden's Storyline - The Silence of a Billion Souls

Operative EmpChihuahua Reporting

I am sad to report that this mission was the last for Operative Nyx (@CelestialPhenyx).  It is with even greater sadness that I am reporting she has passed on in a horrific accident.  It appears Operative Nyx was contacted by Mon Mothma of the Rebellion (@_Mon_Mothma) to complete a sensitive assignment to gather intelligence on a nuclear device being developed by the Epsis on Point Nadir.  The Epsis are headed by an Ubese by the name of Liash Keane, and were apparently building a device for the Sable Dawn, a mercenary group that supports terrorist operations.  The Sable Dawn's administrator, Virec Xan (@VirecXan), ordered the device to be created and set to detonate under the Palace in the heart of Cymmeron (Bactos II).  Operative Nyx and Corden Maximus (@Corden_Maximus) infiltrated the Ubese compound to find it barren.  They managed to find a room with radioactive residue which confirmed Mon Mothma's suspicions that a device was made there, and Nyx managed to hack into the console to find it's current location.  The console confirmed the device was just shipped to Cymmeron and Nyx and Corden set out to find it.

Using the scanner on her handheld computer, Nyx followed the radioactive signature trail to the city's aquaduct.  If the device were detonated directly in the heart of the city, it would destroy nearly the entire thing and also poison the city's water system so survivors would eventually die of radioactivity poisoning. Directly under the Palace, she located the device.  The holo feed shows her and Corden trying to disarm it, and then a holo appearing of what Corden says was Virec Xan.  With only a few minutes left, the holo shows Nyx telling Mon Mothma and Corden that they couldn't get out in time alive.  In a last minute ditch effort, Nyx Forced Pushed Corden away and erected a Force Bubble around herself and the device.

The security holo footage shows a bright flash, and ends there.

To one of the greatest Operatives in Rebellion history, May the Force be with You.

Corden's Storyline - Trouble in Paradise

Operative Nyx Reporting

This is something I am not too happy writing about, but Corden (@Corden_Maximus) and I got into a debate.  It ended up that I guess I was whining about losing a majority of my powers and that's when he finally opened up regarding his feelings about me ever getting them back.  Essentially, that I didn't need them and I was too dependent upon them.  There were other things thrown into the conversation that I felt incredibly hurt by, and so we both took a breather.  I fell asleep near a pond in the forest where Corden found me.  He brought me back to the house and it was there we aired our differences.  He said he would support me in regaining my abilities, and that is when one thing lead to another.  Let's just say, the night ended very very well for us both.

Corden's Storyline - A Kiffar Betrayed

Operative Nyx Reporting

Corden (@Corden_Maximus) and I always seem to find trouble, or it always seems to find us.  We went to a cantina located on a space substation to enjoy some quiet "us" time.  it was there we ran into a Kiffar refugee named Tre (@KiffarTre - Temp Twitter Account) who convinced us to free her colony on Argana III from the grips of a Sith lord (@FanrekAndol).  I objected to the mission, and that is when Corden handcuffed me to the table and left me with Tre while he and Rush Kator (@RushKator) went to take on Fanrek.  I managed to talk a bounty hunter into giving me his key to free myself, and steal his Mandalorian ship that was in the landing bay.  Unfortunately, I left my lightsaber in Corden's ship so I had to equip side arms as we landed on Argana III.  On the planet, Tre lead me to the mining colony which looked deserted.

And inside the mine, that is when Fanrek attacked, pinning me through the Force against a wall, and Force pushing Tre out of the mine.  Luckily, Corden and Rush were nearby and a battle ensued.  In the end, Fanrek disappaited and left us in the cave.  Rush took the Mandalorian ship I had brought, and I kind of forgot to tell him it was "borrowed".  I hope he knows how to handle a few Mandalorians when they come looking for it.

Corden and I returned home to debrief on what had happened.  Something tells me that Fanrek will be returning soon.

[SUPPLEMENTAL NOTE: Fanrek is a non-canon Sith Lord that was born Sith, very ancient, and extremely powerful.]

Piett's Storyline - The Riot on Sevarcos II

Operative Nyx Reporting

Sevarcos II is an Imperial mining colony where the highly profitable narcotic spices carsunum and andris are found.  Because it is one of the few (if not only) locations in the galaxy for these rare spices, Sevarcos II has become one of the major funding sources for the Empire.  In addition to, slaves are brought in to work alongside the Mine Troopers in extracting the rare spices.  Many of these slaves are brought in from conquered places and thus Sevarcos II can also be considered a penal colony of sorts for Imperial-deemed war criminals.

It was here one of my friends was sent to several months ago for being caught spying on the Imperials.  I had aimed to free her from that wretched lifestyle, and when I overheard that Darth Vader (@VaderLordVader) was headed there, I decided that with him on-site it would be easier to sneak in.  And luckily I was right!  I believe Admiral Piett (@Admiral_Piett) has instructed Lt. Soontir Fel (@Soontir_Fel) to follow me, especially if I leave the Executor.  Lt. Fel did confront me in the hallways of the ship, and when he fired a tranquilizer dart, he soon discovered it was my doppleganger that was left behind to distract him while I flew to Sevarcos II.

It was on Sevarcos II that I made contact with my long-time friend and instructed her to incite a riot in order for me to get her out.  She did so and in the rucus, I fought Mine Troopers to make an exit for as many slaves as possible.  I eventually made it to the top floor where I was greeted by a brigade of Mine Troopers that met their end when I used my Force Repulse.  Unfortunately, I didn't notice I had sustained heavy damage from their firearms, and running on pure adrenaline, made progress to the front door.  Admiral Piett and Lt. Fel found me and brought me to the surface to the awaiting ship.  It was there that I saw my friend had made it out to safety along with another slave.

It is my understanding that Vader did not come after me, even when I used my Force abilities within his presence.  I assume he was preoccupied at the time.  I suspect it had something to do with the Spice Lord Elecktra (@CrimeBossKuu).

For his help on the mission, Lt. Soontir Fel was promoted to Captain.  I know not of a better man for the position.

Piett's Storyline - The Trials of Separation

Operative Nyx Reporting

Admiral Piett (@Admiral_Piett) and I had a huge argument over the issue that he technically wasn't divorced from his wife.  He accused me of sleeping with Corden (@Corden_Maximus) when I rescued Corden from being killed at Jabba's Palace, and I completely denied it.  Unfortunately, that accusation hit a deep nerve within me and I had to leave immediately.  In typical Nyx fashion, I left the Executor, this time for the Mos Eiseley cantina on Tattooine.  This was the bar that I used to meet Corden at and where we would bond.  Although the crowd is generally very rough here, those memories of Corden and I always brought comfort.  And here, when Firmus was utterly disgusted with me and I with him, I needed something to remind me of the beautiful things in life.  But unfortunately, I had one too many lemon drops and ended up getting hammered pretty badly.  My old collegue Evvin (@FormerJedi) found me and we talked.  During our discussion, a strange presence entered my mind (@FanrekAndol).  I ended up leaving the cantina in a pretty inebriated state and stole a speeder into the desert where I was followed by both Fanrek (Sith) and Evvin.  It was in the desert I sobered up and was confronted by Fanrek.

It appears Fanrek is bent on turning me to the dark side, and seems to attack when I am at my most vulnerable.  I don't understand his fascination in doing so, but he tried to get me to channel my anger and hatred.  He continues to torment my mind, and I used almost every available Force power I had to stop him.

It was then that Admiral Piett and Lt. Fel (@Soontir_Fel) arrived and Fanrek disappeared.  I was injured pretty bad by being thrown, shocked, and choked by Fanrek.  I tried to resist the Admiral's help, but I collapsed due to my injuries and exhaustion.  He brought me back to the Executor and there he admitted that he loved me.  I don't know if I fully forgive him for what I believe were lies, but I let it go for the time being.

Piett's Storyline - Jabba the Slut and a Heart Betrayed

Operative Nyx Reporting

After Oola (@Slave_Oola) and I were rescued by Corden (@Corden_Maximus) and flown back to the Executor, I took Oola under my wing as an apprentice.  It was strange seeing my old love, but when I heard he was in trouble, I had to go rescue him and he in turn rescued me.  I couldn't bear knowing he was going to be hurt, and it was a strange ride back to the Executor.  None the less, I exited his ship without a word and took Oola under my wing as my apprentice.

On the ship, I made sure to get her proper clothing, and when she was ready, she met Lt. Soontir Fel (@Soontir_Fel) and Lt. Bryce Walker (@Bryce_Walker). It was there that Lt. Fel taught her the basics of shooting and my heart just got two times bigger watching her become a free young woman.  I would like to see her be one of the few Twi'leks to find freedom of body, mind, and spirit and return to her people to show the the ways of peacefulness and inner strength.  Her mind has been so brainwashed over the years by Jabba that to see her progress in such a fashion is truly amazing.

Unfortunately, Oola is still adjusting and I awoke to find her running down the hallway being chased by stormtroopers.  It was there I left her and made haste to the Admiral's office to explain what had happened (a complete ruse) until the stormtroopers left satisfied.  It was then I decided to check my ship, and unbeknowst to me, Oola had left the Executor and was recaptured and brought back to Jabba's palace on Tattooine.  I too was captured by a kyr'tsad (Death Watch Mandalorian) and brought to Jabba's.  When I awoke from the tranquilizer, I was in slave clothing, had the Force Severing collar on, and chained to Jabba.  I was so karkin' angry that I lost my mind.  I told him I would rather choose death than to be his slave, and because of that, I was thrown to the Rancor.  Unfortunately, my dear little friend Oola decided she wanted to follow as well.  In a last ditch effort, I forced apart the Force Severing collar and Force pushed her up out of the pit, sealed myself in, and made haste to dispatch the monster.

It was at that time that Jabba's Palace was stormed by none other than my beloved Admiral Piett (@Admiral_Piett), Lt. Bruno Starks (@BrunoStarks_), Darth Maximus (@Darth_Maximus) and Maz Phoenix (@StarScorcher).  Bruno was amazing and jumped into the Rancor pit, freeing me from it's grasp, killing it, then healing me.  I ran out of the pit with Oola (who wandered in there AGAIN) and we ran out of the palace while the guys dispatched Jabba's guards.  Unfortunately, Oola and I were chased by skiffs to Piett's ship and we tried to shoot them down with phasers and a canon.  I know, it's hilarious, but I needed to keep them away somehow.  Yes, laugh all you want.  But what can two girls in slave costumes do?! It's not like I had my usual arsenal on me! And to top it off, my head was woosy from the Force severing collar.

Lt. Starks came over and told us to flee as he was going to Force Destruct the place.  We ran to his ship, and met up with Admiral Piett, Darth Maximus, and StarScorcher just in time as Lt. Starks unleashed Force Destruct, leveling everything in the vicinity.  I piloted his ship to him, got him on board, and we made our way to his house.  There we dropped him off and returned home to the Executor.

While I was showering off the Jabba grime, Admiral Piett met up with Lt. Walker (@Bryce_Walker), Oola, and Tabby (@TaSolaire).  While en route, I turned myself invisible to avoid unnecessary questions from staffers, and joked around with the Admiral by pinching his bottom.  I also Force Healed Tabby a bit to help stabilize her.  We went to dinner, and that was cut short because Tabby looked completely sick. I tucked Oola into bed (she is so much like a little sister to me), and the Admiral and I retired for the night.

It was when I drew him a bath that I sensed something was wrong with him.  I asked him to be honest with me and it was then he said that he just broke up with his wife, Qui.  I was stunned. He told me before they were divorced (or I think that is what he said).  I excused myself and ran off, filled with hurt, anger, and betrayal.  I returned to our quarters to give him a piece of my mind but didn't find him there.  Unable to sleep, I decided to visit my friend Tabby in the med bay where we talked for hours about a nightmare she had regarding her mothers' death.

Corden's Storyline - A Life for a Life

Operative Nyx Reporting

Lobo (@shitlobosays) turned in Corden (@Corden_Maximus) to Jabba the Hutt for the bounty.  Corden ended up sitting in a jail cell for several days before I finally developed a plan.  But in the interim, I developed a psychic relationship with a Twi'lek slave (@Slave_Oola) that was at Jabba's feet.  I couldn't stand how he treated her and vowed that when I rescued Corden, I would free her as well.

And I walked into Jabba's without hesitation, and spoke to his translator droid (@TranslatorDroid) and offered my life in exchange for Corden's.  It was then that the droid informed me that Corden was sentenced to death the next day, and I willingly accepted the offer and wore a Force-severing collar to supporess my abilities.  It was then that Corden was free and Oola helped me change.  I took her place at Jabba's feet, while she had a bit more freedom.

But Corden refused to let me be and freed both myself and Oola.  We escaped but Corden sustained a massive injury.  I managed to get the ship into orbit and with Oola's help, we were able to stop the bleeding and get Corden healed up enough to allow him to get to the bed.  I knew that Jabba would come after all three of us, and it would be best to bring Oola someplace where she would be protected.  That place was the only ship I knew of that could withstand a direct assault from Jabba's mercenaries... the Executor.  I managed to get to the Executor and talk Admiral Piett (@Admiral_Piett) to taking her onboard his ship, under the guise that she was an assistant.  I then left and went to spend time with my recovering cyar'ika (sweetheart), Corden.

Corden's Storyline - The Return of Coog

Operative Nyx Reporting

It appears that Coog (@Snowcoog) has returned into the fray.  He found me completely distressed after the run-in with Fanrek (@FanrekAndol) and came to my rescue.  It is always like Coog to step in when he is most needed.  Even though he is a Sith and I am a Jedi, we are both willing to learn from each other.  It is strange how that happens.

He claims that the Sith grant power through emotions to protect loved ones.

I claim that the Jedi grant power to see through anger and see the piercing reality of truth.

Although Darth Jesus no longer is around, Coog intends to restore the Order.  I assume he and I are focusing on creating a new order of Sith and Jedi coming together.  Our differences are in political views only, but maybe through our friendship we can create an alliance to simply bind force users together instead of being so divisive.

Corden's Storyline - Slave of the Sith / A Bounty is a Bounty

Operative Nyx Reporting

I was attacked again in the dreamworld by a Sith (@FanrekAndol) who kept showing me visions of the deaths of friends and loved ones, scaring me to the deepest level of my being.  I awoke in such a bad state of mind, I completely missed that Lobo (@ShitLoboSays) had arrived and was taking Corden (@Corden_Maximus) hostage to claim a bounty that Jabba had placed on him.  I tried to stop Lobo, but was paralyzed in fear from seeing the horrific images Fanrek had placed into my mind before.

I tried to follow, but I just couldn't.  I returned to the house, thinking of what Corden had said.  He would get out of it and return to me.  I went back to sleep, waking up quickly, completely beside myself.  I couldn't escape this Sith.  He was going to use this secret to trap me forever and make me do his bidding.

It was then that Rush (@RushKator) came in, sensing my distress, and we talked.  I told him what had happened, that I slept with Admiral Piett (@Admiral_Piett) the night I was supposed to break up with him.  He kept calling it a moment of weakness, but I am afraid to tell Corden.  In a last minute effort, Rush recommended finding out what was needed to appease Fanrek and doing it.

Piett's Storyline - Milkens is No More

Operative Nyx Reporting

Captain Josh Milkens (@Imperial_Capt - temporary account) is no more.  This came about as a series of unfortunate events.  Capt. Milkens was the person who shot at me while I was on Hoth, critically injuring me.  He did so in order to make Admiral Piett (@Admiral_Piett) so distraught that he would leave his post, making Milkens a logical replacement.  Captain Milkens was connected to a splinter Imperial group that intended to get rid of the Sith out of the Empire.  Emp Chihuahua (@EmpChihuahua) managed to record footage of Milkens speaking with his outside contact from that splinter group.  This holo footage sealed the deal.  Darth Vader (@VaderLordVader) confronted both Captain Milkens and Admiral Piett to see if either or both were lying.  Milkens tried to rat out Piett and said that I was a Rebel spy and critically injured, sleeping in the med bay.  While Admiral Piett was en route with Vader and Milkens, Piett contacted Emp and had me relocated a few rooms away.  It was in the med bay that there was no body and Milkens met his end.

I awoke to find the Admiral beside me.  The sedatives had worn off and I was feeling good enough to go to sleep in our quarters.

Piett's Storyline - The Imperial Dilemma

Operative EmpChihuahua Reporting

My wife (Wicket) and I snuck back onto the Executor after being away for a few days, and found Operative Nyx (@CelestyalPhenyx) in a medical bay room in the intensive care unit (ICU).  It appears she defended the Rebel Hoth base and sustained a major injury in the ensuing battle.  Admiral Piett (@Admiral_Piett) notified me that she had an injured lung and went into cardiac arrest on the operating table.  Luckily, she managed to survive and is stable (yet still critical) in the medical bay.

It appears Admiral Piett is being followed and his texting device was stolen.  Luckily, the texting device had a tracking program embedded in the chip and it appeared that someone with a high level clearance within the Executor is the one tracking Piett's moments, and blocking Nyx' ability to contact the Rebellion.

And unknown to him, Piett summoned an Imperial Captain (@Imperial_Capt - Temporary account) into the medical bay where they confronted each other over several hours.  I suspect that Piett knows the Captain is up to no good, but has yet to figure out how to lure the Captain from whatever safe haven he hides from.

Operative Nyx is still in ICU and I will be updating her reports as necessary.

Corden's Storyline - The Hut'uun

Operative Nyx Reporting

While Corden (@Corden_Maximus) and Rang (@therangskirata) were getting ready to bounty hunt, I was visited in a dream by the Sith Lord (@FanrekAndol) who tortured me because of my secret.  This secret eats at me, seeing the love of my life (Corden) and hiding it from him.  Fanrek is taking advantage of this and toying in my mind.  I decided to pick up dinner while Corden and Rang took care of finding whom the collar belonged to.

They ended up going to Dantooine and meeting up with Kuu (@CrimeBossKuu - temporary account), where after some prodding, she told them that the collar came from a Sith Lord, Fanrek Andol.  With that they left, but she did continue to badger them with innuendos.  If I would have been there, she would have gotten her butt kicked something major for talking to my future husband and our friend like that.
