Piett's Storyline - The End is Nigh

After months/weeks of limited conversation and evasiveness, I decided that it was time for me to move on.  Admiral Piett (@Admiral_Piett) never responded to my numerous messages and instead of approaching me on the issue, he simply ignored me.  It pained me to feel as if I were forgotten, and now I understand why it is said that "being forgotten is worse than death."  None the less, Admiral Piett simply walked away from me without giving me a chance to talk to him.  It makes me wonder if there was someone else on the side or if he has been wanting to break up for some time but never approaching me about it. Little did he know, but I did crack into his various accounts and discover he was flirting heavily with other women.  One witness said they saw him and Admiral Daala together at the Mos Eisley cantina recently, which confirms my suspicions.

I did speak with Star Killer (@Star_Killer_) who tried to convince me to stay. But if Admiral Piett refuses to return my messages to him, then there really isn't a way that I can talk to him. Star Killer was adamant that I contact Admiral Piett, but there's just no way I can bring myself to sending ANOTHER message to Admiral Piett and feel like I am being ignored for the Nth straight week. If he doesn't want me to talk to him, then I won't push myself onto him.

So I decided to leave. I unblocked the comm line back to Admiral Piett so if I matter anything to him, he can find me.

To get my mind off of the drama and pain I felt in my heart, I rescued a slave girl dancer (@Fiona_Brighton) and showed her what life could be like with freedom and choice. It helped a bit to do this, but my heart was still very heavy.  None the less, it appears that Admiral Piett and I are over. I wish him well... but should he ever decide that he wants me in his life, the comm line is still open.  The only thing is, if he waits too long... I might just have moved on.

Piett's Storyline: The Battle Droid KOS MOS and Chief Uzuki

Operative Nyx Reporting

I began working on the experimental battle droid KOS MOS (@_kos_mos) along with Imperial Chief of Robotic Engineering, Shion Uzuki (@Chief_Uzuki).  I have become completely fascinated with this project as the KOS MOS battle droid could easily turn the tide on the Rebellion if it is launched soon by the Imperials.  KOS MOS has a full range of weaponry and abilities, and because of Chief Uzuki's diligence, I am unable to place a self-sabotaging mechanism inside of the droid.

A part of me, however, is completely fascinated by it. KOS MOS is almost a piece of art in how beautiful she is, and the pure mission to protect human kind.  Yet, if the Imperials were able to override KOS MOS' default programming, she could easily be turned into any standard battle droid.  I believe Chief Uzuki is on the Executor on loan from her private organization, Vector Industries.  I do not know what ties Vector Industries has to the Imperials, but I seek to understand the purpose behind their alliance.  If the Imperials intend to purchase the KOS MOS unit, I need to figure out how to stop it from entering the battlefield.  Chief Uzuki is my only doorway into this project.  The only person I fear that would stop me would be Admiral Piett (@Admiral_Piett).

Chief Uzuki also mentioned that the Rebel Shayde (@Rebel_Shayde) was captured and being held at Jabba's Palace on Tattooine.  I was tasked with finding Shayde months ago, but once her tracker was turned off, there was no way to locate her.  I have been searching ever since, and of all places she could be, she is at Jabbas.  But if Chief Uzuki, KOS MOS, and I were to enter Jabba's Palace, we could retrieve the Rebel Shayde and the Force Severing collar for the KOS MOS unit that Shion wants.  I barely made it out of the last encounter at Jabba's alive... who knows if this will be my last.  I had better recruit heavily for this mission.

Piett's Storyline - Counseling, my "Padawan" and Battle Droids

Operative Nyx Reporting

Admiral Piett (@Admiral_Piett) and I reached our breaking point in that we realized our relationship was going to quickly deteriorate without professional intervention.  His pulling away continued to trigger my withdrawl symptoms, and I continued to withdraw which lead him to pulling away even further.  This cycle was continuing to happen and if it went on indefinitely, would have lead to us eventually moving so far apart that we would have separated.  Neither of us desired separation, and thus we turned to the only source we could think of, which was the mental health counseling wing located within the Executor.

It was here that we met the counselor (@Valadhiel_) who worked with each of us and then together as a couple on our issues.  It wasn't until we began talking that I realized how lacking our communication style was.  For some reason, I felt more comfortable talking to everyone else but Firmus, and he seemed more comfortable buring his head in work versus approaching me.  Our relationship was truly in a dark spot.  With Val's help, we learned to accept each other's shortcomings, and work through the ones that we could together as a team.  Since we began counseling, I have yet to "run away" as Firmus states it, and he has not withdrawn to the extent that he had in the past.  I know we are not perfect, but it is comforting to have him here with me in this way.

My Jedi student, Faylene Skystorm (@Faylene_Skystrm), and I have just began the initial phases of training.  I feel horrible that he and I have not been able to spend much time together in training, but I hope to do so soon.  I guess this is why in the past, Jedi Masters would only take one student at a time because training a student in the proper fashion can be very time-consuming.  But it is indeed an honor to be his "master," although I despise that term entirely.

Lastly, I have found an unused workshop that I have taken on as my second home aboard the Executor.  Being a secretary to Admiral Piett has its moments, but I find the work tedious.  Luckily, Firmus has granted me verbal permission to use the facilty as my battle droid workroom which will allow me to keep my mind from wandering too far.  Field testing the battle droids has been quite fun, actually.  And luckily, my sidekick and Twi'lek associate Oola (@Slave_Oola) has returned and is ready to help.  I can't want to show her the ropes as well!

Piett's Storyline - The Hunted - Part II

Operative Nyx Reporting

I was returned safely to the Executor and the med droids attended to my wounds.  Captain Fel (@Soontir_Fel) updated Admiral Piett (@Admiral_Piett) on my condition.  It was then that Admiral Piett rushed to my room in the med bay and we talked about the dangerous job that I have.  I can't deny it is dangerous, but it is where I find my bliss, my love in life.  He agreed to be supportive and keep Captain Fel on bodyguard assignment for me.

I updated Mon Mothma (@_Mon_Mothma) regarding quarantining Mustafar from travelers, and Admiral Piett agreed as well.

Piett's Storyline - The Hunted

Operative Nyx' Journal

Mon Mothma (@_Mon_Mothma) requested my assistance in locating several lost explorers which were last spotted on the volcanic planet, Mustafar.  Mustafar is an inhospitable planet, full of fiery dangers and a certain death.  I argued with Admiral Piett (@Admiral_Piett) over letting me go on a simple retrieval mission, but based on the holo footage I showed him, he didn't believe this was a simple search and rescue.  We spent much of the remaining day angry at each other, and finally he found me in the mess hall and we talked a bit more intimately.  I felt like I had to choose between my job and my love for him, and he felt like he was going to lose me because of the dangerous occupation I have.  I wish I could say that I was a typical secretary and my life wasn't dangerous, but I'm just not one of those types of girls.  I spoke briefly with my chihuahua (@EmpChihuahua) regarding the location of my coolant pack for the heat-resistant armor, at which he replied the good one was damaged in a past mission and the crappy one was sitting right in front of me.  I decided that taking the crappy one was necessary and thus, left for Mustafar.

I left for Mustafar and without my knowledge, Admiral Piett sent his Captain Soontir Fel (@Soontir_Fel) after me.  I arrived on Mustafar and found the explorer's belongings.  It was in using Force Psychometry I saw visions within one of the metal rings of a droid assassinating the explorers, then throwing them into the streams of fire.  The owner of the ring was alive when he was tossed into the stream, dropping his ring while being dragged to his doom.  The visions scared me to death, filling my entire being with anger over the entire incident.  It was then I was sniped by the droid, shattering my femur.  He seemed to enjoy the hunt and the thrill of killing a Jedi, as I tried crawling away, he chased me down and crushed my suit's cooling system and it began to overheat.  It was then Captain Fel came out of hiding and confronted the droid.  While the droid was preoccupied, I used FORCE DISABLE on him, rending him useless temporarily while Captain Fel took me back to his waiting ship.  The suit was so overheated that he had to strip it off of me when we got to a cooler part of the planet.  Unfortunately, I was down in my lingerie and he was a gentleman and attempted to not stare (too much).  While being carried, I used the numbing agent on my leg so that it would not hurt while being carried back to his ship and eventually the Executor.

Piett's Storyline - The Riot on Sevarcos II

Operative Nyx Reporting

Sevarcos II is an Imperial mining colony where the highly profitable narcotic spices carsunum and andris are found.  Because it is one of the few (if not only) locations in the galaxy for these rare spices, Sevarcos II has become one of the major funding sources for the Empire.  In addition to, slaves are brought in to work alongside the Mine Troopers in extracting the rare spices.  Many of these slaves are brought in from conquered places and thus Sevarcos II can also be considered a penal colony of sorts for Imperial-deemed war criminals.

It was here one of my friends was sent to several months ago for being caught spying on the Imperials.  I had aimed to free her from that wretched lifestyle, and when I overheard that Darth Vader (@VaderLordVader) was headed there, I decided that with him on-site it would be easier to sneak in.  And luckily I was right!  I believe Admiral Piett (@Admiral_Piett) has instructed Lt. Soontir Fel (@Soontir_Fel) to follow me, especially if I leave the Executor.  Lt. Fel did confront me in the hallways of the ship, and when he fired a tranquilizer dart, he soon discovered it was my doppleganger that was left behind to distract him while I flew to Sevarcos II.

It was on Sevarcos II that I made contact with my long-time friend and instructed her to incite a riot in order for me to get her out.  She did so and in the rucus, I fought Mine Troopers to make an exit for as many slaves as possible.  I eventually made it to the top floor where I was greeted by a brigade of Mine Troopers that met their end when I used my Force Repulse.  Unfortunately, I didn't notice I had sustained heavy damage from their firearms, and running on pure adrenaline, made progress to the front door.  Admiral Piett and Lt. Fel found me and brought me to the surface to the awaiting ship.  It was there that I saw my friend had made it out to safety along with another slave.

It is my understanding that Vader did not come after me, even when I used my Force abilities within his presence.  I assume he was preoccupied at the time.  I suspect it had something to do with the Spice Lord Elecktra (@CrimeBossKuu).

For his help on the mission, Lt. Soontir Fel was promoted to Captain.  I know not of a better man for the position.

Piett's Storyline - The Trials of Separation

Operative Nyx Reporting

Admiral Piett (@Admiral_Piett) and I had a huge argument over the issue that he technically wasn't divorced from his wife.  He accused me of sleeping with Corden (@Corden_Maximus) when I rescued Corden from being killed at Jabba's Palace, and I completely denied it.  Unfortunately, that accusation hit a deep nerve within me and I had to leave immediately.  In typical Nyx fashion, I left the Executor, this time for the Mos Eiseley cantina on Tattooine.  This was the bar that I used to meet Corden at and where we would bond.  Although the crowd is generally very rough here, those memories of Corden and I always brought comfort.  And here, when Firmus was utterly disgusted with me and I with him, I needed something to remind me of the beautiful things in life.  But unfortunately, I had one too many lemon drops and ended up getting hammered pretty badly.  My old collegue Evvin (@FormerJedi) found me and we talked.  During our discussion, a strange presence entered my mind (@FanrekAndol).  I ended up leaving the cantina in a pretty inebriated state and stole a speeder into the desert where I was followed by both Fanrek (Sith) and Evvin.  It was in the desert I sobered up and was confronted by Fanrek.

It appears Fanrek is bent on turning me to the dark side, and seems to attack when I am at my most vulnerable.  I don't understand his fascination in doing so, but he tried to get me to channel my anger and hatred.  He continues to torment my mind, and I used almost every available Force power I had to stop him.

It was then that Admiral Piett and Lt. Fel (@Soontir_Fel) arrived and Fanrek disappeared.  I was injured pretty bad by being thrown, shocked, and choked by Fanrek.  I tried to resist the Admiral's help, but I collapsed due to my injuries and exhaustion.  He brought me back to the Executor and there he admitted that he loved me.  I don't know if I fully forgive him for what I believe were lies, but I let it go for the time being.

Piett's Storyline - Jabba the Slut and a Heart Betrayed

Operative Nyx Reporting

After Oola (@Slave_Oola) and I were rescued by Corden (@Corden_Maximus) and flown back to the Executor, I took Oola under my wing as an apprentice.  It was strange seeing my old love, but when I heard he was in trouble, I had to go rescue him and he in turn rescued me.  I couldn't bear knowing he was going to be hurt, and it was a strange ride back to the Executor.  None the less, I exited his ship without a word and took Oola under my wing as my apprentice.

On the ship, I made sure to get her proper clothing, and when she was ready, she met Lt. Soontir Fel (@Soontir_Fel) and Lt. Bryce Walker (@Bryce_Walker). It was there that Lt. Fel taught her the basics of shooting and my heart just got two times bigger watching her become a free young woman.  I would like to see her be one of the few Twi'leks to find freedom of body, mind, and spirit and return to her people to show the the ways of peacefulness and inner strength.  Her mind has been so brainwashed over the years by Jabba that to see her progress in such a fashion is truly amazing.

Unfortunately, Oola is still adjusting and I awoke to find her running down the hallway being chased by stormtroopers.  It was there I left her and made haste to the Admiral's office to explain what had happened (a complete ruse) until the stormtroopers left satisfied.  It was then I decided to check my ship, and unbeknowst to me, Oola had left the Executor and was recaptured and brought back to Jabba's palace on Tattooine.  I too was captured by a kyr'tsad (Death Watch Mandalorian) and brought to Jabba's.  When I awoke from the tranquilizer, I was in slave clothing, had the Force Severing collar on, and chained to Jabba.  I was so karkin' angry that I lost my mind.  I told him I would rather choose death than to be his slave, and because of that, I was thrown to the Rancor.  Unfortunately, my dear little friend Oola decided she wanted to follow as well.  In a last ditch effort, I forced apart the Force Severing collar and Force pushed her up out of the pit, sealed myself in, and made haste to dispatch the monster.

It was at that time that Jabba's Palace was stormed by none other than my beloved Admiral Piett (@Admiral_Piett), Lt. Bruno Starks (@BrunoStarks_), Darth Maximus (@Darth_Maximus) and Maz Phoenix (@StarScorcher).  Bruno was amazing and jumped into the Rancor pit, freeing me from it's grasp, killing it, then healing me.  I ran out of the pit with Oola (who wandered in there AGAIN) and we ran out of the palace while the guys dispatched Jabba's guards.  Unfortunately, Oola and I were chased by skiffs to Piett's ship and we tried to shoot them down with phasers and a canon.  I know, it's hilarious, but I needed to keep them away somehow.  Yes, laugh all you want.  But what can two girls in slave costumes do?! It's not like I had my usual arsenal on me! And to top it off, my head was woosy from the Force severing collar.

Lt. Starks came over and told us to flee as he was going to Force Destruct the place.  We ran to his ship, and met up with Admiral Piett, Darth Maximus, and StarScorcher just in time as Lt. Starks unleashed Force Destruct, leveling everything in the vicinity.  I piloted his ship to him, got him on board, and we made our way to his house.  There we dropped him off and returned home to the Executor.

While I was showering off the Jabba grime, Admiral Piett met up with Lt. Walker (@Bryce_Walker), Oola, and Tabby (@TaSolaire).  While en route, I turned myself invisible to avoid unnecessary questions from staffers, and joked around with the Admiral by pinching his bottom.  I also Force Healed Tabby a bit to help stabilize her.  We went to dinner, and that was cut short because Tabby looked completely sick. I tucked Oola into bed (she is so much like a little sister to me), and the Admiral and I retired for the night.

It was when I drew him a bath that I sensed something was wrong with him.  I asked him to be honest with me and it was then he said that he just broke up with his wife, Qui.  I was stunned. He told me before they were divorced (or I think that is what he said).  I excused myself and ran off, filled with hurt, anger, and betrayal.  I returned to our quarters to give him a piece of my mind but didn't find him there.  Unable to sleep, I decided to visit my friend Tabby in the med bay where we talked for hours about a nightmare she had regarding her mothers' death.

Piett's Storyline - Milkens is No More

Operative Nyx Reporting

Captain Josh Milkens (@Imperial_Capt - temporary account) is no more.  This came about as a series of unfortunate events.  Capt. Milkens was the person who shot at me while I was on Hoth, critically injuring me.  He did so in order to make Admiral Piett (@Admiral_Piett) so distraught that he would leave his post, making Milkens a logical replacement.  Captain Milkens was connected to a splinter Imperial group that intended to get rid of the Sith out of the Empire.  Emp Chihuahua (@EmpChihuahua) managed to record footage of Milkens speaking with his outside contact from that splinter group.  This holo footage sealed the deal.  Darth Vader (@VaderLordVader) confronted both Captain Milkens and Admiral Piett to see if either or both were lying.  Milkens tried to rat out Piett and said that I was a Rebel spy and critically injured, sleeping in the med bay.  While Admiral Piett was en route with Vader and Milkens, Piett contacted Emp and had me relocated a few rooms away.  It was in the med bay that there was no body and Milkens met his end.

I awoke to find the Admiral beside me.  The sedatives had worn off and I was feeling good enough to go to sleep in our quarters.

Piett's Storyline - The Imperial Dilemma

Operative EmpChihuahua Reporting

My wife (Wicket) and I snuck back onto the Executor after being away for a few days, and found Operative Nyx (@CelestyalPhenyx) in a medical bay room in the intensive care unit (ICU).  It appears she defended the Rebel Hoth base and sustained a major injury in the ensuing battle.  Admiral Piett (@Admiral_Piett) notified me that she had an injured lung and went into cardiac arrest on the operating table.  Luckily, she managed to survive and is stable (yet still critical) in the medical bay.

It appears Admiral Piett is being followed and his texting device was stolen.  Luckily, the texting device had a tracking program embedded in the chip and it appeared that someone with a high level clearance within the Executor is the one tracking Piett's moments, and blocking Nyx' ability to contact the Rebellion.

And unknown to him, Piett summoned an Imperial Captain (@Imperial_Capt - Temporary account) into the medical bay where they confronted each other over several hours.  I suspect that Piett knows the Captain is up to no good, but has yet to figure out how to lure the Captain from whatever safe haven he hides from.

Operative Nyx is still in ICU and I will be updating her reports as necessary.

Piett's Storyline - The Hoth Invasion

Operative Nyx Reporting

The data that I accidentally transmitted to Admiral Piett (@Admiral_Piett) during my drunken episode the other day appeared to have made it into the wrong hands.  Essentially what I had transmitted to Piett was that a Rebel base was located on the ice planet, Hoth.  These wrong hands appear to be watching over the Admiral and I do not know why.  I was able to ascertain from my research that whomever is tracking the Admiral is tracking everything from his movements to his actions, and they are in residence on the Executor. In one of the few times I have ever seen the Admiral express his emotion, he showed his frustration over the entire incident.

None the less, the Admiral attended a meeting and through the Force, told me that the invasion of the Rebel base at Hoth was imminent.  I tried to contact the Rebellion through my secured comm line, but to no avail.  I tried filing a report through the usual channels, and that line was also severed.  Unable to use an Imperial line and risk detection by the Imperials, or having them intercept the coordinates of where the transmission is being sent to, I decided to head to Hoth myself.  I managed to make it to the planet just as the Imperial surveillance droids were beginning to scan the planet.  I reached the Rebels and spoke with their commander to initiate the evacuation procedures.  In the interim, I decided that my best position was to stay behind and man the turret at the invading AT-ATs.  The Hoth base was evacuated, but when I attempted to flee I was hit in the back.

I was later told that the Rebels took me to the nearest hideout which had a skilled medical droid, coincidentally this was the Cloud City outpost.  There the medical droid treated the blaster wound I had sustained, and I rested while being watched over by a GG Series Translator Droid (@TranslatorDroid - temporary account).  It was here that the Admiral tracked my distress beacon and located and hid me in a R6 battle-class droid, bringing me back to his transport ship en route to the Executor.

Back on the Executor, the Admiral had my wounds reviewed by his medical droids and I continued to receive additional treatment.  I spent the night in the med bay while he watched over me, sleeping in a nearby chair.

Piett's Storyline - The Degobah Base

Operative Nyx Reporting (Edited by Operative EmpChihuahua)

I intercepted a comm message saying that a Rebel base on Degobah was going to be stormed by the Imperials.  Without hesitation I left the Executor and flew to the Degobah system, landing in the midst of the swamp.  It was there I eventually found the small compound and began evacuations. Emp (@EmpChihuahua) was one of the first to exit the compound to lead the Rebels to a safe haven.  I decided to stay with a small set of battle droids, and without my knowledge a few Rebels stayed as well, while the transport ships left the area.  It was here that I was confronted by Baron Fel (@Soontir_Fel), an Imperial TIE fighter.  I soon realized I was going to be overwhelmed by the stormtroopers and fled, only to be taken down in the swamps of Degobah by Baron Fel.

It was during this time that I tried to buy some time and I summoned my doppleganger to sit in my office.  Admiral Piett (@Admiral_Piett) confronted me through the doppleganger, and used his phaser to shoot her (which is really me) and dissipating it.  He then proceeded to the Degobah system to find both me and the Rebel outpost.

In the swamp, Baron Fel and I struggled until I was able to Force Throw him off of me. Using my metal spheres, I was about to teach Baron Fel not to mess with Rebels when Admiral Piett showed up and held me tight.  Admiral Piett ordered Fel to stun me, at which time I was carried back to my ship and Fel unmasked me.  He called Admiral Piett over and it was then Fel determined he was going to bring me to Vader himself.  Admiral Piett tried stopping him and luckily I awoke and used a Jedi Mind Trick to get Fel to forget everything he just witnessed.  With that Fel left but both Admiral Piett and I appeared shaken.  I normally do not drink, but this warranted it.  So I grabbed some random flask of an alcoholic beverage of some sort and apparently went to town.

Unfortunately, I did drunk text Admiral Piett that there was a Rebel base on Hoth.  He questioned me about it the next day and didn't think much of it.  Unfortunately, when I did check who received those texts, it appears they are being re-routed (or copied) to another account on the Executor.  I attempted to find that account and the person accessing the information, but to no avail.  I sent a message to Rebellion HQ to plan to have the base evacuated soon, but only upon my command.  I also advised the Admiral to watch his back because everything he does is scrutinized at this point.

Piett's Storyline - The Possessed Partner

Operative Nyx Reporting

I left the room at Cloud City to retrieve the Force crystal from the droid that was being held at the Rebel outpost in the industrial district.  This droid had the capability to disable the electronic systems of an entire ship the size of the Executor, and then put a hole into the hull for entry by Rebel troops.  My concern was once this technically is used, the Imperials will only ramp up their efforts to counter it, and thus the arms race will lead to bigger and badder weaponry that could possibly destroy the entire galaxy.  The systems disabling turret at the top of the droid was powered by a special Force crystal (which I had inadvertantly delivered the day before), and Firmus (@Admiral_Piett) and I agreed that this was our target.  If that crystal could be retrieved, then the droid's special capabilities could be disabled.

Wearing my stolen Imperial spy catsuit and full face mask, I entered the outpost and slipped through the air shaft into the room.  Unfortunately, the Rebels decided to run a test while there, and I hid inside of the massive droid.  Using a Force shield around myself to protect me from the intense heat the test would generate, I watched the crystal glow blindingly as the droid fired a shot.  A couple of tests later and the Rebels took a lunch.  I inspected the damage of the turret and was amazed that not only could it knock out electrical systems (e.g., weapons, defenses, electronics, etc.), it could also breech the thickest of ship hulls.  I retrieved the crystal, but while I was entering the air shaft, a Rebel came into the room and fired upon seeing me exit.  Unfortunately, the blast hit my right butt cheek and I essentially slid down the air shaft back to the door from which I entered, Rebels in pursuit.  I hobbled over to the city's aquaduct system.  It was there when I was cornered by the pursuing Rebels, I jumped over the ledge and into the water below, escaping and coming up near an exit to the ship yards.

Luckily, Firmus was in the area with a ship, but only having exchanged my smuggler ship for a standard Imperial ship after the Cloud City guards were alerted to my ship being inappropriately docked.  Those dang government officials and their rules!  Just because I forgot to apply for a proper permit or request clearance shouldn't mean my smuggler ship gets invaded by the guards!  Anyways, he helped me to the ship as my butt cheek made it difficult to walk.  Finally on board he treated my wound but I became enthralled by this Force crystal.  I think Nij'uan (my Kiffar father-figure and psychic training Master) activated the crystal and it kept speaking to my mind.  It told me about great amounts of power if I just merged my spirit with it, and with this power, I could defeat the dark side.  So while we were en route to Naboo, I kept trying to talk to it in Kiffar to figure out this procedure.  Firmus didn't trust me and decided to take the stone away.

While on Naboo, Firmus was contacted by Baron Fel (@Soontir_Fel) and completely distracted.  I snuck into the kitchen and took the crystal, running off with it to the Naboo temple ruins to complete the ritual.  It was there Firmus confronted me and somehow I became possessed by the spirit of the crystal.  While possessed, I lost control of my body and the spirit took over, attacking Firmus.  Baron Fel managed to hand and in the battle, obtain the crystal and take it away.  As the spirit that possessed my body was about to kill Firmus, Baron Fel shot the crystal into a star which destroyed both it and the star.  It was at that time the connection to the stone was broken and I fell to the floor completely sick.

I transported Firmus and I to his Naboo house and there I healed his injured hand.  We ended the night in the usual fashion, and I can't wait to see what tomorrow brings.

Piett's Storyline - The Basilisk of Mass Destruction

Operative Nyx Reporting

Admiral Piett (@Admiral_Piett) insisted on going with me to track down the Imperial General Veers' adolescent son, Zevulon.  Unfortunately, I later realized that the Admiral has been far removed from fighting and he may present more of a liability in the field than an asset (when he got injured while we were attempting to destroy a Rebel cloning facility that was heavily guarded my mercenaries).  I decided to detour to my favorite skytop lounge for the night, and took him on a different type of mission.  This mission was one in which I had to deliver an artifact to the Rebel outpost in the Cloud City.  It was here I was greeted by my Kiffar master, Nij'uan (@Kiffar_Nijuan - temporary role-playing account).  Nij'uan is not a Rebel, but he is a Rebel sympathizer and uses his psychic abilities to aid whenever necessary.

It was at the Cloud City Rebel outpost that Nij'uan showed me what the jewel artifact was to be used for.  It turned out it was a power source of a very large Basilisk droid.  The Rebellion somehow obtained the blueprints for mine/Corden's (@Corden_Maximus) Mandalorian Basilisk battle droid (named Beskar'ad), and modified them into an even larger droid.  This larger droid carried a laser turret on top, which when powered by the jewel, would fire a systems disabling blast at the target.  Essentially, this super Basilisk was intended to take down any war ship the Imperials had.  I left the safehouse completely angry at the sight because what this means is that if the Rebellion has this capability, then that means the Imperials will create something to counter it.  And then the Rebellion will create something more to counter whatever the Imperials make, and the battle just goes on forever.  Soon, there will be superweapons that will either get into the wrong hands, or will be used for the ultimate of evils (e.g., killing the innocent).

If it was discovered that Firmus visited the outpost with me, he and I would both be in deep trouble with our respective organizations.  I took him along just to show him the Rebel operations, and that the Rebels are no different than his Imperials.  We are both fighting for causes we deeply believe in, but something beyond the worker bees such as he and I, is keeping this war on-going.  That is what I deem the Sith, but then the Sith would claim it is the Jedi.  Again, it is a vicious cycle.

None the less, I rented a penthouse suite and spent the rest of the evening with Firmus simply relaxing, exchanging small talk, and ordering in.  We can't always possibly talk about the problems in the relationship, the problems of our jobs, and the problems of the Galaxy.  Spending a bit of time re-connecting and telling how much we love each other helps ground us in reality.

As a side note, I could see it that Nij'uan approved of Admiral Piett.  That approval means so much to me, it truly does.

Piett's Storyline - The Infamous Lobo

Operative Nyx Reporting

Lobo (@shitlobosays) came with me to demolish the third cloning facility.  In total, there were four remaining when I confronted the leader of the operation, my half-sister Nykita whom I had never met in my entire life.  We destroyed that facility and I decided it was best to take a little time for R&R and return to the favor to Lobo.  So I joined him for a bounty hunt on the Cloud City.

Unfortunately, the bounty hunt did not go so well as the Rodian stole my ship (which we arrived at Cloud City in).  Lobo was able to obtain the Millenium Falcon from Lando Calrissian and we were in pursuit.  The downfall?!  My ship has coordinates to many of the locations I recently visited and several safehouses.  If that information were to be retrieved, I would lose those access points and put my contacts in danger.  Thus, Lobo and I are currently en route to the Rodian's homeworld in the Falcon.  The downfall is that all Rodians tend to look the same, so finding this particular one will be a needle in a haystack.

Piett's Storyline - The Piett Strikes Back

Operative Nyx Reporting

Admiral Piett (@Admiral_Piett) has returned!  The world is right-side up and sunny and sparkly with bunches of rainbows!  How exciting!  The downside of Admiral Piett returning?!  Um, technically, I am now also engaged to Corden (@corden_maximus) as well as Piett.  I have to make a decision soon.  Both are being very patient, and I adore them completely.  But, in all due fairness and honesty, I really should choose.  Here's what I adore about each:

Admiral Piett
  • Has been by my side since the very beginning of this mission
  • Cared about me even when I might have been cold, heartless, and kind of hormonal some days
  • I tried to kill him several times and he still cares deeply (although I don't know if this is love or insanity, still on a fence about that one)
  • Gentleman and reserved
  • Thoughtful, caring, supportive
  • Has the same desires as I do to bring peace to the Galaxy
Corden Maximus
  • Completely sexy
  • Adventurous
  • A bit of a bad boy, but underneath it, he's really very sweet
  • Devoted, committed, and faithful
  • Understands me on a deeper level
  • Hilarious and quick witted
I'm on a fence and I don't know when this decision will ever be made.  I just hope neither of them rush me into a quick choice.  But if my desire is for a family, I need to choose one and stick with it.

Piett's Storyline - The Cloned Piett (Part III) - Almost at the Finish Line

Operative Nyx Reporting

I received a strange text from my Rebel associate, Wolf (@M0dern_R0gue) that he was captured and being held hostage.  I contacted Lt. Bryce Walker from the Imperial Navy and he agreed to accompany me to the distress call.  Upon arrival, we found the facility completely barren and went in. Upon entering, that is when we discovered Wolf tied up and being held hostage by a young woman (Nikyta) who insisted she was my sister.  After a drawn out discussion, I finally agreed to help the poor and lost girl.  She seemed so frightened and clingy.

I had them wait in my ship while I detonated explosives in the facility to blow up those cloning operations.  I was told that there are four additional sites that contain cloning operations and I need to destroy them soon before the cloning operations are moved.

Yes, I see the finish line. As for my half-sister that I only met that day, I offered her a place to stay at my forested house until she can figure out what she wants in life.

Piett's Storyline - Reconnecting to the Force

Operative Nyx Reporting

The great thing about the Admiral being away at constant meetings is I have been able to spend a lot of time away from the Executor on missions to end the Rebel cloning operations.  So far, my endless quests to destroy Rebel cloning facilties seems to be fruitless.  I attack the sites, gain a bit of intel, destroy the cloning operation, and then I'm back at square one.  There has to be an end to all of this.  I leave calling cards on the security cameras at each site, because whomever is running the operation obviously knows who I am, how I will react, and how to push my buttons.  Cloning the Admiral (@Admiral_Piett) and myself is obviously going to get me steamed enough to come after whomever is in charge of the operation.

At one of the last site visits, I received an interesting blank file named "Mischel Deese".  It was strange to see that name because Jedi Mischel Deese died at the hands of Admiral Piett a while ago.  In a conversation with a Rebel I rescued off of a remote planet today, that he recalls me leaving Jedi Deese's quarters several cycles ago.  I didn't want to admit to this, but yes, Jedi Deese and I had a brief relationship.  He watched over me when my first Jedi Master passed away, and he completed my formal Jedi knight training.  I was still very young and ran away from his advances after my training was completed.  But he managed to find me after I had established myself at the Rebellion, and he joined their ranks as well.  It was during this time that I had matured a bit more that I gave in to my feelings for him, and he for me.  It was a brief relationship, but one that impacted me greatly.

It was this Rebel (@M0dern_R0gue) who was also trained in basic Jedi arts that went into my memories and managed to reconnect me to the Force.  I have yet to see which Force abilities I have regained, but that is mainly because I have been incredibly busy.  While staying at my beachhouse, his partner (Falcon) was killed, and stormtroopers raided my abode.  At that point I knew I had to move him, as his prosthetic arm was severed and he needed a new one.  I took him to my contact Estelle's home where she gave him a new arm.

All in all, it seems as if everything moves in pieces.  Lobo (@ShitLoboSays) made an excellent point that whomever is running the cloning operation appears to know me very well.  That part scares me incredibly because it is almost as if they know every move I will make and are simply baiting me to a final confrontation.

Piett's Storyline - Rebel Cloning Facilities

Operative Nyx Reporting

Again, the Admiral (@Admiral_Piett) spent the entire day stuck in endless meeting after meeting, to the point that I wasn't able to spend any time with him at all.  I know he is aware of the clones, but I do not think he is aware that I am behind his DNA being transmitted to the Rebellion.  I wish I could somehow talk to him, but with my Force abilities temporarily suppressed, there is nothing I can do but simply wait for him to have an opportunity to speak with me.  I miss him dearly, but I am starting to find that my feelings for the bounty hunter (@Corden_Maximus) are growing larger than that for the Admiral.  I think it is simply because Corden has been so accessible, but I have concerns about Corden's maturity level sometimes, which is something I believe I took for granted with the Admiral.  None the less, I digress.

With the help of the psychotic bounty hunter Lobo (@ShitLoboSays), I managed to destroy one cloning facility located on a small planet.  Unfortunately, without my Force abilities, I was essentially the technician retrieving data from the main console.  It frustrates me that each substation I destroy, I get a tiny bit of information.  I'm trying to get the whole karkin' bantha steak, but I am only getting little nibbles.  This mission got a bit botched because I accidentally missed destroying a droid before it activated the alarm.  Luckily, Lobo is indestructable and managed to subdue all Rebels on-site (without killing!) and I was able to access the substation's console system.  Again, I was given another set of coordinates but there was a data file containing the name "Mischel Deese" on it.  The data file was empty but it was strange how Jedi Master Deese's name was within this console.  None the less, I pocketed the data and decided to move on and destroy the clones at the facility.

Afterwards, Lobo and I met up at the Mos Eisley Cantina for a quick drink and I gave him the 50,000 credits I felt he was due.  It was in that last moment that he (how shall I put this politely) grabbed me and gave me a very rough kiss before walking off.  I should have expected no less from him, but at least I made it out alive.

Piett's Storyline - The Clone Among Us

Operative Nyx Reporting

In the usual fashion, I had the EmpChihuahua (@EmpChihuahua) begin exploring the ship in his adorable little Emporer clothing, and make friends really fast.  He's good at charming people, especially the ladies.  He wandered into Vader's secretary's office (@VadersSecretary) and made friends very quickly.  I wandered in and introduced myself while retreiving him, and she seemed pleasant enough.  I hope she doesn't suspect anything and I will be able to gather information from her at some time in the near future.

But I resumed my secretarial duties as before.  Yes, it has been very difficult to be in two places at one time without my doppleganger around.  I stay with Corden (@CordenMaximus), then when he is sleeping, I travel to the Executor to resume my secretarial duties.  This is wearing me completely thin and I find myself grabbing bits of sleep while being transported from Point A to Point B.  I wonder if anyone notices how completely exhausted I am!

Never the less, while routing paperwork to the Admiral (@Admiral_Piett), it appeared he entered the room.  He was acting a bit strange, which I didn't pick up on, but said he was going to call in "sick" so that we could spend time together.  That isn't normal for him, as the Admiral tends to be a workaholic and his duty comes before everything, including our relationship.  But, I was just excited that he was around so I ignored my but feeling that something was off with him.  I proceeded to his quarters and met him there, where I opened up to him about my relationship with the bounty hunter, Corden Maximus.  He went completely ape-shart on me and while I was taken off-guard, he stunned me.  I awoke to find Lt. Bryce Walker (@Bryce_Walker) in the room and whom I thought was the Admiral was actually a Rebel clone (@ClonePiett).  Before I could stop him, the Rebel clone transmitted what appeared to be my DNA to someone, and then he expired.  His only clue was the word, "Master".  I am afraid why someone would want my DNA, but none the less, Lt. Walker incinerated the clone's body and I was left to figure out what to do.  I type this while resting in the Admiral's bed, waiting for him to return (if even).  Knowing him, he will pump himself full of vitamins and simply stay in endless meetings.

Yes, I miss him terribly.  Although I have been keeping myself busy, and I have been in great company, I miss hearing his voice.

As a side note, I did make an excursion with a hired mercenary/Sith Assassin (@FormerJedi) to take out another Rebellion cloning facility.  I will update this record when that mission has been completed.
